We’ve been shortlisted for The Estas – Oscars for estate agents

11 Mar We’ve been shortlisted for The Estas – Oscars for estate agents

We have been blowing up balloons and popping Champagne corks in the office on the news since we heard the excellent news that we have been shortlisted for the ESTAS! Now, the Estas – for the uninitiated – The ESTAS are like the Oscars for Estate Agents.

They recognise and reward the very best service given by sales and letting agents to their clients. We have been shortlisted for the Southern award, which includes Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire and Oxfordshire. We’re also in the running for 2015 Best Estate Agent in the UK!

And it’s all thanks to you!

The best thing about the awards, and the reason that we’re so excited, is that the nominations come from you, the client. The organisers of the award collect in over 25,000 survey responses to help them come up with a shortlist for each award – regional and national. So, if you filled in the survey, thank you for your time. We love you!

We launched in 2009 with the firm belief that the day of the high street agent was coming to an end. We still work out of a fully staffed office, but we don’t have a shop front. We believe that we combine two of the most important things about estate agents these days – an online presence, coupled with a team who know the local area like the back of their hands.

But the most important reason for not having a shop front is that it allows us to plough all of our resources into helping our clients find their dream home, and get the best deal they possibly can when selling their house.

What matters to us is you, the customer, and we’re very grateful to all of you who answered the ESTAS survey. Many of our former clients get in touch with us to tell us what a great job we did. This award is an extension of that, and recognition that we’ve got things right. It’s a real testament to all the hard work that we do to bring the absolute best service to our clients.

So on April 17th we’ll be heading down to the Hilton Park Lane to hear from Phil Spencer whether we have won. There’s one more thing we need your help with… we have no clue what to wear? We think it will have to be pink… any suggestions very welcome!
