Managing Director

After working in real estate for a number of years, Sarah founded Place in 2009. Her mission was to create an estate agency that always put the client at the centre of everything, delivering a personal, professional service throughout. As someone who holds trust and honesty in high regard, Sarah has built her business around these core values.

Born and bred in South Buckinghamshire, Sarah has an intimate knowledge of the region and an active member of the community. A fully qualified member of the National Association of Estate Agents, Sarah believes passionately in being professional and setting high standards.

Andie Moore

Andie has a passion for property and extensive knowledge and experience of the property market, this, together with her desire to exceed clients’ expectations, she is an asset to Place. Andie lives in Amersham with her family, and her children attend the local school. Andie’s key strengths are her attention to detail and her belief in delivering exceptional customer service.

Denise Egan

Denise has lived in Seer Green with her husband for more than seven years and have two young children attending the local school. Having spent her early career working and living in London, Denise moved out to bring up her family and enjoy the countryside. For Denise, property viewing became a passion during her regular walks in the area and this naturally led to a career in real estate. Denise is a keen cook and loves to entertain and socialise.

Tracey Clarke

Tracey has lived in Seer Green for 22 years. Formerly an “Essex Girl”, Tracey moved to the area when relocated by a previous employer. Tracey’s three children have all attended local schools, enjoying their years at Seer Green School, Beaconsfield High School, Dr Challoners’ Grammar School and Gayhurst. Tracey has a background in the legal sector and having moved house 4 times fully understands the processes involved and how important it is to have great support from your Estate Agents.

Lorna Peacock

Lorna has lived in the Beaconsfield area for nearly 20 years. Having raised a family over that time, she has an in depth knowledge of local schools. With three dogs, she fully appreciates the beauty of the Chiltern area on her doorstep and all that it offers. Lorna has a background in retail, direct selling and marketing. Delivering high quality and consistent customer service has always been a priority for her. Growing up, Lorna moved houses and schools several times and so she understands the process involved and how important good support is essential from an Estate Agent.
